The shared private drive serving the site, shall be a minimum of 5 m wide with 0.5 m wide clear margins on each side, for at least the 1st 10 m behind the highway boundary with 6 m radii at its junction with the adopted road carriageway. The access drive shall be provided before the dwelling is 1st occupied and shall thereafter be permanently so maintained. The access drive once provided shall be so maintained at all times.9. Before 1st occupation of the dwelling, the shared access drive shall be surfaced with tarmacadam, concrete blocks, or similar hard bound material (not loose aggregate), for a distance of at least 10 ms behind the highway boundary and shall be so maintained at all times. 10. These shall be in accordance with the standards contained in the current County Council design guide and shall thereafter be permanently so maintained. Nothing shall be allowed to grow above a height of 0.6 m above ground level within the visibility splays. 11. Notwithstanding the details submitted, the dwelling hereby permitted shall not be occupied until such time as a shared turning head has been provided, hard surfaced & made available for use within the site in accordance with details that shall 1st have been submitted to and approved by the LPA. Such details to show by means of tracking that service, delivery & emergency vehicles will be able to turn within the shared turning head. Once the shared turning head is so provided it shall thereafter be permanently so maintained
